From the founding of Lenzy Hayes Incorporated in 1952; we have grown to have several affiliate companies:

Hayes-Gibson International Incorporated: Founded in 2002 by Carson Hayes and Gordon Gibson; Hayes-Gibson International is the primary organization for new growth and expansion in our family of companies. In fact, all new management and consulting contracts are executed with this company.

Hayes-Gibson International provides management services with HUD Programs, Rural Development, Section 42, and Conventional Housing.

Hayes Reality Incorporated:  A full service real estate company created by Carson Hayes, Curt Hayes, and Anna Mae Hayes-Garrett in 1987.  We are members of the Bloomington Indiana Board of Realtors Board of Realtors and represent buyers and sellers in various real estate transactions.

National Affordable Housing Initiatives Incorporated:  This 501c3 Not-For-Profit Corporation was created by Carson Hayes and Gordon Gibson in 2005 to acquire and develop affordable housing and programs coupled with various consulting capabilities throughout the United States.  The Board of Directors are an experience group who have individual and collective experience with HUD, Rural Development, and Section 42 Housing as well as the development of various grants and studies to improve housing and related programs.
