HISTORY OF LENZY HAYES, INCORPORATED
                     Lenzy Hayes,
             Incorporated was
        founded in 1952, by our
    father, Lenzy Hayes.  The
  initial development of the
  company included retail
  gasoline business, mobile home
  park  management, and used
  automobile sales.  From this
  beginning, Lenzy Hayes, Inc,
  has evolved into a
  multi-faceted enterprise
  consisting of various ventures
  and subsidiaries.  Lenzy Hayes,
  Inc. now owns a three-phase
  mobile home park, several
  single-family residential rentals,
  multi-family conventional
  housing communities,
  multi-family subsidized housing
  communities, commercial
  leased convenience store
  business, and an agribusiness
  operation.

  In addition to the above
  concerns, Lenzy Hayes,Inc.
  serves as Management Agent
  for multiple Housing and Urban
   Development and Rural
     Development residential
         facilities throughout the
              United States. 

We have also served as the Housing Development Consultants on various new developments for not-for-profit organizations throughout the mid-west.  We have developed several HUD 202 and HUD 811 housing communities since 1974.  We also prepare affordable housing funding applications for both rural development and the Federal Home Loan Bank.  The principal officers of this  corporation include Ann Hayes-Garrett, Curt Hayes, MattFerree, Gordon Gibson, and Carson Hayes. Indiana University and out-of-state owners as well as commercial retail space.

Hayes Realty, Inc. is a member, in good standing, of the Board of Realtors on local, state, and national associations.  The principal officers of this corporation include Ann Hayes-Garrett, Curt Hayes, and Carson Hayes.

  Hayes-Gibson International, Inc. was founded by Carson Hayes and Gordon Gibson in 2001 to provide direct services to corporate, not-for-profit, and limited partnership entities who are involved with the management or development of housing or services to low income, individuals and families throughout the United States, Canada, and Europe.  This firm provides an abundance of analysis services.  Read more:
